The Naga Ghost Pepper (Chilli),  is an interspecific hybrid chili pepper cultivated in the Northeast Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland and Manipur. This particular selection has been organically grown under ideal conditions in and around the remote and scenic village of Makui, Manipur (India). Each chilli has been hand picked as the best of the lot and dried and packaged. In 2007, Guinness World Records certified that the ghost pepper was the world's hottest chili pepper, 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce, and is rated at more than 1 million Scoville Heat Units (SHUs).

Directions For Usage:

• Naga Ghost (Or King Chilli) is used as a food and a spice.

• It is used in both fresh and dried forms, to "heat up" curries, pickles and chutneys.

• You can use them in meats, vegetables, curries, salads, chutneys, sauces, biryanis and in your tadka special, but with extreme caution as it is extremely spicy.
